Twitter

I think Twitter (the microblog/messaging service) may soon or has already reached some sort of tipping point. The buzz has become a roar in the tech blogosphere, and all of a sudden I have 70 or so people following me.

Twitter is a very open platform and a lot of people are creating interesting mashups. I don't think a mass appeal killer app has been created yet, but I think there's a chance Twitter may beak into the mainstream.
